Balance board to improve your dance technique and balance

Our Balance Board / Wobble Board is made of a 15-½ inch – solid wood circular disk, with a non-slip textured surface. It improves core strength, posture and balance. Dancers will often practice ballet positions while standing on the Balance Board.
