We deliver to any location in Trinidad and Tobago via TTPost/UPS/our delivery. We also deliver to the Caribbean via Liat and Caribbean Airlines.

Welcome to D.R.E.A.M. Please read the following refund and exchange policy carefully, which  complies with the laws and regulations of The Ministry of Trade and Industry | The Consumer Affairs  Division of Trinidad & Tobago.

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Restocking Fee:

To ensure the best shopping experience for all our valued customers, we have implemented a  restocking fee for certain returned or exchanged items. If you decide to return or exchange a  product, a restocking fee of 10% will be applied to cover the costs associated with processing,  inspecting, and restocking the item.

This fee will be deducted from the total refund or exchange value. Please note that this restocking  fee applies only to eligible returns or exchanges, and it does not affect your statutory rights.

Restocking fees DO NOT APPLY TO DAMAGED ITEMS

Refund Policy:

1.1 Unopened and Unused Products:

We offer refunds for unopened and unused products within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be  eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it  was sold. Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all refund requests.

1.2 Defective or Damaged Products:

In the case of receiving a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately within 7 days  of receiving the item. We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include  a refund, replacement, or repair as permitted by the applicable laws of Trinidad & Tobago.

Exchange Policy:

2.1 Unopened and Unused Products:

If you change your mind about a purchase and wish to exchange it for another product of equal or  greater value, you may do so within 7 days from the date of purchase. The item must be unopened,  unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all  exchange requests.

2.2 Defective or Damaged Products:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving the  item. We will replace the product with the same item, subject to availability, or offer an exchange for  a similar product of equal value.

Non-Returnable Items:

3.1 Gift cards and vouchers

Return and Exchange Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

4.1 Contact our customer service team via 7 to inform them of your request.

4.2 Our customer service team will guide you through the return or exchange process and provide  any additional instructions or information required.

4.3 Return the item(s) to the outlet from where it was purchased. You are responsible for the  shipping costs (if any) associated with the return, except in cases of defective or damaged products.

Refund Process:

Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition the refund will be issued using the same  payment method used for the original purchase.

This will be processed within 10 days depending on the payment method of the original purchase  (refunds from bank payments can take up to two weeks).

Modifications to the Policy:

D.R.E.A.M. The Art and Movement Company reserves the right to modify this refund and exchange  policy at any time in keeping with the laws surrounding the Consumer Affairs Division of Trinidad &  Tobago.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
